Creation of an investment memo for coursework in design and development. Due to its' prime location, architecture, and development goals that are not overly restrictive, we determined that the best development opportunity would be the purchase of Bayview Correctional Facility in the West Chelsea neighborhood of New York City.
Although this project was not available for residential development, we felt that it provided a unique opportunity to add an exciting and marketable example of adaptive re-use to our company's portfolio. Download full text below.
